StareCivila

The StareCivila Application provides for the drawing up, keeping, recording and issuing of a one-stop-shop for civil status documents, the registration of documents and civil status acts, as well as the claims and changes in the civil status, at the domicile and residence of the person.
The system provides management features for:
  • compilation and maintenance of civil status registers;
  • completing, correcting, canceling or reconstituting civil status documents, as well as any claims made on civil status documents and identity papers;
  • the establishment, updating and administration of the local register of the person;
  • maintaining records of records for each category of documents issued;
  • issuing birth certificates, marriage and death, identity cards;
  • Keep records of other person data (Military training, Religion etc.)
