SOFM – Employment system

The portal aims at facilitating access to and exchange of relevant labor market information for primary and secondary stakeholders (zonal social actors involved) by creating a regional communication, information, promotion network that also includes monitoring and evaluation of the application plan of measures.
The factors involved are:
  • Private service providers on the labor market;
  • Administrative – territorial units;
  • long-term unemployed, inactive people;
  • any person who is looking for a job.
Solutions proposed by the portal:

– Reducing unemployment by correlating local economic activities with local resources, social responsibility of employers;

– Decentralization of active local employment services, personalized delivery tailored to the local specificity of active employment services through social services;

– Switching from passive (budget-consuming) services to active services (budget savings) with the diversification of local service offerings.
