SICC is a multi-user system for centralizing data at budget, balance, reporting and communication between sub-municipalities. Facilitates the transmission of data between them and the preparation of annual, quarterly, monthly reports.

The system restricts access by means of access rights for each user group and by associating a sub-unit for each registered user.

The following facilities are available:

  • configuration of types of consumption and types of subunits
  • drafting the organization chart of the institution / town hall
  • centralization of budget statements, accounting, reporting, monthly balance sheets and staffing
  • drawing up graphs based on centralized data
  • centralizing all consumption by each subunit in part, on the desired year or month
  • transmission of messages and documents, electonic, between subunits
  • listing of attached messages and documents
The application can run independently or integrated with the Sigma application.
