The SalarSql application provides IT support for the Human Resources department to administer hired staff, calculate salary rights and make statements to social security institutions.

The organizational and functional model of the institution can be elaborated at any hierarchical level with the specification of the job description for filling the state of functions.

Defining the organigram in this way allows:

  • updating data for a limited set of staff or the entire institution;
  • generating specific situations for certain compartments or levels by selecting the desired hierarchical level from the organizational chart;
  • completing the timetable and calculating individual wage entitlements or a department.
