The
ePetition
module has the following functions:

completing the information specific to the type of act initiated and the electronic transmission of the document;
complex search for different parameters for quick access to a document;
view indexed document registers for calendar periods;
Consultation of the status of the processing of documents both online and those deposited at the counter;
classifying requests as public or private information;
authorized access to private information;
free access to public information
Integration with the Internal Document Circulation Module (CID), applications submitted online are registered directly in the CID where they are treated similarly to other documents.
