The ePetition module allows taxpayer filing and viewing requests (petitions) to local government institutions (mayors, county councils or others).
The ePetition module has the following functions:
  • adding specific documents based on predefined forms;

  • completing the information specific to the type of act initiated and the electronic transmission of the document;

  • complex search for different parameters for quick access to a document;

  • view indexed document registers for calendar periods;

  • Consultation of the status of the processing of documents both online and those deposited at the counter;

  • classifying requests as public or private information;

  • authorized access to private information;

  • free access to public information

  • Integration with the Internal Document Circulation Module (CID), applications submitted online are registered directly in the CID where they are treated similarly to other documents.
