LeasingPro

The LeasingPro module is designed to manage leases, track payments and earnings on each contract.

The module allows:

the introduction of leasing contracts, including those that are in progress;
making billing of the customer’s obligations, invoicing the obligations with the possibility of selecting the date;

The application allows you to list the following situations:

the list of detailed / centralized contracts, the list of contracts ending in a period specified by the user;
the list of outstanding maturities or outstanding bank rates, the list of non-invoiced rates for a period specified by the user;
the list of receipts, summaries, centralized bills;
calculating penalties;
balances on each contract;
balance in banks at a certain date;
