Privacy of your personal data is important to us, SC INDECO SOFT SRL, for the purpose of providing you with this Privacy Statement, which explains our online practices and options you can make regarding how to collect and use your data according to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016 and Law no. 190 of 18 July 2018 on the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data; and repealing Directive 95\/46 \/ EC.<\/p>\n

              • will oppose the processing required to perform a task that is in the public interest or resulting from the exercise of the authority with which the Operator was invested or the processing is based on a legitimate interest of the Operator or a third party and there are no legitimate reasons to prevail processing or you will oppose direct processing of direct marketing, including the creation of profiles related to direct marketing;<\/li>\n
              • personal data has been processed illegally;<\/li>\n
              • personal data must be deleted for compliance with a legal obligation on the Operator, unless processing is required:<\/li>\n
              • for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information;<\/li>\n

              • for purposes of archiving in the public interest, for scientific purposes or for historical studies or for statistical purposes;<\/li>\n

                c) the right to restrict the processing<\/strong><\/p>\n

                What you need to know:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                You have the right to obtain from us restrictions on processing under certain conditions:<\/p>\n

                  Please be assured that we will inform you before the lifting of the processing restriction for the 4 above mentioned situations.<\/p>\n

We will cease processing unless there are legitimate and compelling reasons that justify processing and prevail over your interests, rights and freedoms, or when the purpose is to establish, exercise or defend a right in court;<\/li>\n
                      • you can opt at any time for direct marketing processing, including profile creation, if profiling is related to direct marketing;<\/li>\n
                      • when processing is done for statistical purposes, scientific or historical research, you may oppose processing of the data you are considering, unless processing is required to perform a task on public interest grounds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                        f) the right of withdrawal at any time of the consent<\/strong><\/p>\n

                        • You can withdraw your consent at any time without compromising the validity of previous processing in the case of consent-based processing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                          g) the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority<\/strong><\/p>\n

                          h) the right not to be the subject of a decision based solely on automatic processing, including the creation of profiles<\/strong><\/p>\n

                          What you need to know:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                          • you have the right not to be the subject of a decision based solely on automatic processing, including the creation of profiles,has legal effects that affect you or affect you to a similar extent to a significant extent;<\/li>\n
                          • those mentioned above do not apply (i) when the decision solely based on automatic processing, including the creation of profiles,is necessary for the conclusion of a contract between you and a data operator; (ii) when the decision based exclusively on automatic processing, including profile creation, is authorized by EU law or domestic law, \u00a0to protect your legitimate rights, freedoms and interests, or (iii) when the exclusive decision on automatic processing, including the creation of profiles, is based on your explicit consent;<\/li>\n
                          • in the cases mentioned in subp. (i) and (iii) above, you will have the right to obtain human intervention on our part express your point of view and challenge the decision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                            i) the right to address the law<\/strong><\/p>\n

                            Important issues regarding your rights<\/strong><\/p>\n

                            • the deadline for responding to your requests: the standard term is one month from the date of receipt of the landing. If the response requires a high complexity analysis (eg large volume of documents \/ information, etc.), this deadline can be extended by two months, meaning we will inform you about this in the initial one month period.<\/li>\n
