The Personal Situation module is a useful software tool for preparing the documents required to monitor personnel costs, monthly or quarterly, by centralizing accounting data and budget execution and presenting them in accordance with the rules in force.<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/form>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Designed in a manner that greatly simplifies operation, the program allows:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Configuring forms in accordance with state-of-the-art legislative specifications by direct or import (diskette, internet);<\/p>\n

– the transfer of data from the budget execution, respectively balance sheets, to fill out the forms;<\/p>\n

– configuring the source and the procedure for taking the data;<\/p>\n

– management of several units and sub-units organized hierarchically on the structure of the budget classification;<\/p>\n

– export and import of electronic data (xls and dbf, including format for Public Finance Directorates);<\/p>\n

– centralization of data from institutions for reporting at the level of administrative-territorial units;<\/p>\n
