SICC is a multi-user system for centralizing data at budget, balance, reporting and communication between sub-municipalities. Facilitates the transmission of data between them and the preparation of annual, quarterly, monthly reports.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The system restricts access by means of access rights for each user group and by associating a sub-unit for each registered user.<\/p>\n

The following facilities are available:<\/span><\/div>\n

  • configuration of types of consumption and types of subunits<\/li>\n
  • drafting the organization chart of the institution \/ town hall<\/li>\n
  • centralization of budget statements, accounting, reporting, monthly balance sheets and staffing<\/li>\n
  • drawing up graphs based on centralized data<\/li>\n
  • centralizing all consumption by each subunit in part, on the desired year or month<\/li>\n
  • transmission of messages and documents, electonic, between subunits<\/li>\n
  • listing of attached messages and documents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/form>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
