The system’s foundamental elements:
- The access to the local taxes information using a web page 24hours/day 7 days/week
- The system accepts for payment any Mastercard,Visa debit/credit card from Romania or any other country

- An online secured payment instrument, based on 3Dsecure standard
- Local taxes payment using this system is done with no commission !
- Depositing the taxes into the treasury client’s accounts according to the law specified period of time
- The correct collection of local taxes, according to the law
- The real synchronization between the online payments and balance account
- The access to the system is based on an unique identifier – cnp, cui – a password is not needed
- The system beneffits of security elements for the payment accounts and for the system login
