The module assures the software support for the public acquisition process according to the government resolution nr. 34/2006.
The application generates the annual acquisitions program, sorting the entries by the acquisition type - products, public works, services – by the common vocabulary code and by the appropriation process - dialog, open or limited auction, negotiation, supply request.
The development phases are generated according to the Public Acquisition Guide and they consist of documents’ patterns for each step of the procedure. The program automate completes these patterns with each acquisition data generating the specific documentation in MS Word doc format, thus the documents can be used further (integrated or module independent).
To start off the procedure there are eligibility criteria, qualification criteria as well as evaluation criteria developed, helping each commission member to mark the offers.
The participants are economic agents who buy the tasks book and hand in the offers. The offer with the highest score is automatically recognized as the winner.
